Prohibited Items Policy

To keep our community safe and trusted, certain items are not allowed on TaladDii. Please review this list before posting. Listings that violate this policy may be removed, and accounts may be subject to suspension.
General Prohibitions
- Illegal and controlled substances: Drugs, narcotics, prescription medications, cannabis and related products (including CBD), items marketed for intoxication, and alcohol.
- Weapons and explosives: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other dangerous weapons.
- Adult and explicit content: Adult toys, pornography, fetish items (e.g., used underwear), and sexually explicit content.
- Counterfeit and pirated goods: Knockoffs, unauthorized copies, bootlegs, and fake brand-name items.
- Stolen or unauthorized items: Stolen goods, items without proper titles (e.g., vehicles), and found property.
- Hazardous materials: Pressurized gas canisters, toxic substances, and certain unregulated medical equipment.
- Personal and sensitive documents: IDs, passports, social security cards, and forged documents.
- Animal products and wildlife: Ivory, exotic animal skins, and products made from endangered species (protected under CITES).
- Services and intangible items: Most services, digital goods (e.g., NFTs, account transfers), referral codes, or discount codes.
- Other notable restrictions: Items promoting hate or violence and anything that violates community safety and decency standards.
Specific Prohibitions for Thailand
In addition to the general rules, the following items are strictly prohibited for sale in Thailand by law:
- Narcotics and habit-forming drugs such as marijuana, opium, cocaine, heroin, and morphine.
- Pornographic materials and obscene objects in any form.
- Counterfeit goods including fake currency, fake official seals, and intellectual property-infringing products.
- Endangered wildlife products like ivory, animal skins, and turtle shells protected under CITES.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapon replicas.
- Religious artifacts and antiques, especially Buddha statues over certain sizes or artifacts without proper permits.
- Certain telecommunications equipment and unlicensed radio devices.
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids, gases, and explosives.
- Certain food products, medical devices, and chemicals restricted by health authorities.
- Items with improper designs of the Thai flag or other national symbols.
- Large sums of undeclared money and unlicensed securities.
